Sintered mesh is a rigid structured composite consisting of multi-layers of woven wire mesh, manufactured from a special lamination design and undergoing a combination of processes such as rolling and vacuum sintering.

5-Layers sintered stainless steel mesh is our standard sintered mesh structure. Its filtration rating ranging from 5 micron to 300 microns. It can then be cut and fabricated into various discs, tubes, filter cartridges, and flat panels.

Feature: Sintered mesh can maintain the simple structure and even pore distribution characteristics of ordinary woven wire mesh. At the same time,possess high strength and good integrity,and also can maintain a stable and rigid mesh shape.the sintered mesh porous material has good permeability and excellent regeneration ability.

Material:AISI304;AISI304L; AISI316;AISI316L 
Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy ,Monel ,Inconel & Titanium are acceptable base on customer's requirement
